[CBC뉴스] 추위가 다소 누그러진 가운데 서울과 인천 지역은 25일 오전 일시적으로 미세먼지 농도가 '나쁨' 수준에 이를 것으로 예보됐다. 이번 주 화요일인 25일은 전국 대부분 지역에서 기온이 평년 수준을 회복하면서 추위가 주춤할 것으로 보인다.
기상청에 따르면 아침 최저기온은 -8∼0도, 낮 최고기온은 6∼12도로 예상되며, 강원 내륙과 산지에는 늦은 밤부터 비 또는 눈이 내릴 가능성이 있다. 예상 적설량은 1㎝ 미만이다.
미세먼지 농도는 전국적으로 '좋음'∼'보통' 수준이 예상되지만, 서울과 인천 지역은 오전 중 '나쁨' 수준으로 일시적으로 나빠질 것으로 보인다. 기상청은 이 시간대 외출을 자제할 것을 권고하고 있다.
또한, 강원 영동과 경북 북동 산지, 북부 동해안에는 강한 바람이 불어 강풍특보가 발표될 가능성이 있다. 바다의 물결은 동해, 서해, 남해 앞바다에서 0.5∼2.0ｍ로 예상되며, 먼바다의 파고는 동해 1.0∼3.5ｍ, 서해 0.5∼2.5ｍ, 남해 0.5∼2.0ｍ로 예측된다.

On Tuesday, February 25, a reprieve from the cold snap is expected as temperatures in South Korea are set to return to their average levels. Morning temperatures are predicted to range between -8 to 0 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs reaching 6 to 12 degrees Celsius.
Despite the warmer temperatures, residents of Seoul and Incheon should prepare for a temporary spike in fine dust levels, which are forecasted to hit 'Poor' in the morning before improving later in the day. Other regions can expect fine dust levels to remain between 'Good' and 'Moderate.'
In terms of precipitation, rain or snow is anticipated to fall in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province from late evening, though snowfall is not expected to exceed 1 cm.
Additionally, strong winds are forecasted in Gangwon Yeongdong, the northeastern mountainous regions of Gyeongbuk, and the northern East Sea coast, with the potential issuance of a strong wind advisory.
Mariners should be aware that wave heights in the East, West, and South Seas are expected to vary from 0.5 to 2.0 meters, with inner open sea waves potentially reaching up to 3.5 meters in the East Sea.
