What is the reason for the emergence of bands such as JANNABI and LA POEM as front runners, surpassing BTS and Blackpink?

The Best Group award in the Netizen Awards for March can be summarized as a competition between JANNABI and LA POEM. As of 11:05 am on the 15th, JANNABI won with 4,557 votes and a 56.6% approval rating, making them the strongest group in this category. LA POEM came in second place with 2,217 votes and a 27.5% approval rating.

These two groups have enjoyed steady popularity since the early days of the awards, with overwhelming support from fans. Combined, they account for 84.1% of the votes in this category, surpassing the so-called global K-POP idols like BTS and Blackpink.

This popularity is said to be the result of the consolidation of fan sentiment. This is evident in the comments on the Netizen Awards, where fans of these two groups are leaving messages of support such as "JANNABI  is with me every day," "JANNABI is writing a new history in the indie band world," "LA POEM, the alchemist of crossover music," and "Supporting the opera Avengers, LA POEM."
